I’ve seen it happen over and over, my friend — you can have the coolest idea ever, but if you don’t have management, it’s dead in the water. Here’s the truth: more than 50% of businesses fail because of exactly this!

I kind of stumbled into business management myself. I use to be [Previous Role] and I hated that nobody was organized and giving great advice. So, it wasn’t the paychecks and spreadsheets and instead it became a thing about helping people succeed and reach their goal!

So, what exactly is this business management thing? Think of it as someone trying to conduct an orchestrator without a great amount of knowledge. The instruments never match! The goal here: have people in all departments on the team with aligned performance! So, they know what they’re doing, and how to do everything so it has big impact.

It’s what is made up of planning, doing things for great value and so on, and it works on those areas.

1. Planning: To go to an objective, you need a strategy. It’s what makes for a great work flow! You have the great vision, and plan from there! I use to organize campaigns and saw, wow great detail helps out for all great work times and success. 

2. Organizing: All has resources, it’s about how you use money to guide everything.

3: Leading: Get motivation. Lead with talking, vision, with great work ethic so team can feel all worth it!

4. Controlling: Track, and perform at all times.

Master and see what all can put to your track best!

 The Scope of Business Management

An awesome is what businesses all have, not limited to each niche and organization! IT, great health orgs can use these for success

Remember, the specific aspects must fit with a strategic circumstances. For example it should be used for smaller things, where all can give their ideas on how they can do all best. Corporate has structure and all the best processes!

For nonprofit, the goal is how society can be affected but the focus can be if the profit should be a priority.

Through all my time and with different orgs from small scale to large, and what is unique is those tactics that all are the same, so they are all useful. This occurs a lot in agile programming etc. It shows what can be implemented. No matter what, it gets a place for the main use!
